Improve Water Supply Quality at Dhahran
 Location: Dhahran

 Description :

Scope of work is to install the following items:

  • One Additional water well
  • One Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit
  • One Additional drinking water, and
  • Modifying the drinking water distribution network to supply potable water quality to all Dhahran community for in-door uses.

Contractor shall supply, install and commission major facilities which are located at the following sites but not limited to:

  • Water Well 878
  • Drinking Water Plant
  • Drinking Water Distribution Network

Contractor shall supply, install and commission  major components of this project which are summarized as follows but not limited to:

  • One New Water Well 878 with electrical submersible pump, associated pipelines, electrical components and instrumentation.
  • New drinking water tank
  • Replacement of drinking water network pipeline (with HDPE material) and house connection.
  • Underground RTR Pipeline for Raw Water Services
  • New RO unit utilizing spiral would membranes.
  • New On/Off Control Valves as a replacement of existing On/Off/Control Valves
  • New cartridge filters
  • New sulphuric acid pump
  • New pressure exchangers with booster pump
  • New R.O feed water pumps with variable frequency drive (VFD)
  • New calcium calcite filters
  • New calcium calcite filter feed pumps with VFDs
  • New calcium hypochlorite pumps
  • New soda ash pumps
  • New Sulfuric Acid pumps
  • New degasifier tower with degasifier sump and blower
  • New booster water pumps with VFDs
  • New product water transfer pumps with VFDs

New Flushing pump

Tie-in and Associated Works in UTMN-1761 and HRDH-236
 Location: Uthmaniyah and Haradh

 Description :

Scope of work shall provide all labor, materials (except for Saudi Aramco Supplied Materials), modification, fabrication, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision required for the completed installation of 6” U/G UTMN-1761 F/L tie-in to UTMN-1372 and 1373 T/L and TST/L, Wellhead Piping, PDHMS, E&I, WH and DP Fence, CP and power supply.  Tie-in of HRDH-236, PDHMS, E&I, WH and DP fence, HRDH-1445 CP and power supply.

UTMN-1761

Scope of work identifies the work required to Tie-in Oil Well # UTMN-1761 to Trunk line of UTMN-1372 & UTMN-1373.  The work shall include but not limited to:

  • Fabrication and installation of 6” x 2744 meters (9000 feet) flow line to tie-in to existing T/L including valves and other fittings.
  • Install Jump Over to the existing test line of UTMN-1372 & 1373.
  • Install Wellhead Choke Valve.
  • Surface Panel for Permanent Downhole Monitoring System (PDHMS).
  • OHPL and Cathodic Protection with CP Voltage Reading.
  • Well Site fence Type III 120 x 120 Meters
  • Fabrication and Install Drain Pit fence Type-V 60 x 60 meters.
  • Provision for SCADA to be compatible with GOSP SCADA System.

 

  • Construct and install reinforced concrete foundations at the Oil Well UTMN-1761 including fence and fence gate, pipe supports, removable/fixed anchor, misc. supports and portable pipe support.
  • Fabricate and install steel structure.
  • All electrical and instrumentation works necessary to provide complete, functional facilities in accordance with the drawings, codes and standards and specifications.

 

HRDH-236

Scope of work identifies the WORK required to construct crude oil flowline and well head piping of HRDH-236 Well tie-in to 20” T/L & 8” TST/L to HRDH GOSP-1.  Contractor shall construct/install the facilities in accordance with the scope of work.

The work includes, but is not limited to:

  • Installation of Wellhead Piping for HRDH-236 Well consisting of 8” dia. X 0.500” wall thickness (WTH) API-5L GR. X60 SMLS pipe from wellhead wing valve tie-in up to downstream flange of wellhead plot limit/specification break (8” ball valve), and 8” x 0.250” WTH, API-5L GR x 60.
  • Fabrication and installation of Wellhead Portable Platform and Gin Pole for HRDH-236 Wellhead.
  • Installation of Well Marker at Well HRDH-236.
  • Construction of Wellhead Guard Barrier at Well HRDH-236.
  • Construction of Remote Control Station for Well HRDH-236.
  • Construction of Permanent Drain Pit (30m x 30m x 2.5m) at Well HRDH-236.
Replacement of Lines and Laterals for HWTH RIS-AB

 Description :

Scope of work shall provide all labor, materials (except for Saudi Aramco Supplied Materials), modification, fabrication, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision required for the replacement of lines and laterals at HWTH RIS-AB jumpover, HWYH-123, 137, 142.

The work includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Installation of 6” x 0.375” W.T., API-5L GR. X 60 internally FBE coated aboveground wellhead pipe, starting from well head of HWTH-123, 137 and 142 to the spec. break valve.  Installation of 3” x 0.300” W.T., API-5L GR.B internally FBE coated pipe drain pipe to the Drain pit.  The wellhead piping shall have valves, Angle Choke Valve.
  2. Installation of 6” x 0.280” W.T., API-5L GR. X52 internally FBE coated aboveground and 6” underground RTR Lateral pipeline. The line shall tie in to the new aboveground Hawtah Injection Header A.
  3. Installation of underground flange/valve boxes.
  4. Installation of solar flow computer along with associated instruments at HWTH-137 well.
  5. All pipes and fittings for HWTH-123, 137 & 142 Laterals shall be 100% internally FBE coated as per APCS-102B of SAES-H-002.  All size of pipe spools at Wellhead and Tie-in shall be 100% internally FBE coated.
  6. Construction and installation of Portable Pipe Supports (PS-1 & 2).
  7. Complete all civil WORKS required for pipeline installation
Expansion of UTMN Remote Header ‘F’
 Location: Uthmaniyah

 Description :

Scope of work identified the WORK required for the Design Modifications of UTMN Khuff Gas Remote Header-F Expansion/Modification & Upgrade.  The Contractor shall construct/install the facilities in accordance with this Scope of Work.  The Project drawing provide construction location, dimensions, layout and installation details.  The approx. length of the header and test line extension are specified on the Project Drawings.  The scope of work includes but is not limited of the following:

  • Expansion of the 16” UTMN R/H-F to accommodate tie-in of future wells.  The expansion will require add’l 4-6” block valves for future connections.
  • Expansion of the 8” Relief Header with add’l 4-6 block visas for future connection.
  • Upgrading of the remote header blow down system.
  • Relocation of existing Scraper Launcher to suit upgrade/modification of Headers.
  • Install double block valve (MOV) and bleed valve on the existing production header, double block valve on the existing relief and new blow down header.
  • Provide H2S/LEL monitoring capability at the midpoint of all remote header fences and along the production header.  Alarm signals to be transmitted to SCADA.
  • Provide remote header area lighting and area lighting switch panel.
  • Install instrumentation, electrical and integration of RTU and SCADA system.
  • Provide a Scott air pack stand with three fully equipped all weather Scott air pack enclosures.  This will be identical installation to that found on all gas wells.
  • Installation of power distribution rack, complete electrical distribution system and grounding system.
  • Flushing and cleaning of lines prior to hydro testing including the supply of all materials, equipment, test water and the construction of temporary drain pit.
  • Demolition piping works shall be as per demolition piping plan.
  • Existing Fence shall be demolished and modified / extended as per dimensions shown in Piping Layout
  • Existing Remote Header shall be modified and extended as per the Tie-Ins shown in Piping plan.
  • Hydrostatic testing and nitrogen leak testing and purging new remote header piping.
  • Radiography of flange welds and girth welds on new piping.
  • All other work required to provide a complete, safe and operational facility.
  • Installation of all signs as shown on the design drawings including but is not limited to pipeline markers, personnel warning signs, etc.
  • Installation of junction boxes.
  • RTU & SCADA modification, wiring and configuration shall be by Vendors.
  • Site Clean-up
  • Preparation of as built documentation

Loop checking and testing

UMJF-5 Replacement and Tie-in NYYM-135

 Description :

Scope of work required for Replacing of Corroded Carbon Steel Pipe of UMJF-05 Crude Oil Flowline. 

The work includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Installation of approx. 630m (2067 feet) of 4” x 0.237” WTH. API-5L GR. B, SMLS aboveground cross-country internally FBE coated UMJF-05 Flowline from Pad Limit Valve (4” – 600# GTV) to tie-in with existing 8” HWTH-“G” T/L (Flange Type).
  2. Installation of 1640 feet (500m) 4” RTR pipe underground (U/G) from RTR flange up to another RTR flange as per project drawings.
  3. All RTR pipes shall be from Fiber Glass System or any Approved RTR Vendor.
  4. Site preparation at tie-in location and removal of encroaching sand and levelling and compacting of the ground and installation of marl pad.
  5. All new pipes and fittings for UMJF-05 Flowline shall be 100% internally FBE coated as per APCS-102 of SAES-H-002.
  6. Installation of pipeline at camel crossing in accordance with Details shown on Plan & Profile drawing.
  7. Complete all civil WORK required for pipeline installation.
  8. Painting of valves, fittings, abovegrade piping near tie-in, structural steel and steel supports as per APCS-26.
  9. Prior to hydrotesting, Contractor shall scrap the new pipelines. Contractor to provide the scrapers and all associated equipment.
  10. Contractor shall remove and dispose any abandoned piping or other structures for tie-ins as specified in the Scope of Work or on the project drawings.

Contractor shall store, handle and install fushion bonded epoxy (FBE) coated pipe in accordance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards.

 

Tie-in and Associated Works in UTMN-1761 and HRDH-236
